Staying up to date

Where to find new features, and how to control the emails you get about them.

Eave changes regularly. Here's how to keep track of what's new, and how to decide how much you hear from us about it.

The What's new page

Every feature, improvement, and notable fix is written up on the What's new page, newest first. You'll find it near the bottom of the sidebar, and it's also linked from the footer of the marketing site.

When something has shipped since your last visit, the sidebar item picks up a small New badge. Opening the page clears it.

Email about new features

By default we'll email you occasionally when something significant ships. These are short — a summary, a few bullets, and a link to the full write-up.

To change that, go to Settings → Notifications, where you can control three kinds of email independently:

  • New features and bug fixes — the product update emails described above.
  • Blog posts — sent when we publish something longer-form.
  • Promotions — occasional discounts and offers.

Every product update email also carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which takes you to the same preferences without needing to log in.

What you can't turn off

These settings only cover marketing and product news. You'll always receive transactional email about your own work — report delivery, agreement signing requests, booking requests, and payment receipts — because those are part of how inspections actually get done.
