Being in an organization used to mean one long list: your own inspections and
templates from before you joined, mixed in with the whole team's. It was hard to
tell what was yours and what was the organization's.
Now each has its own workspace.
- Switch from the sidebar. The menu at the top of the sidebar shows the
workspace you're in. Pick Personal or your organization.
- Everything follows the workspace. Inspections, the dashboard, templates,
and the scheduling calendar show only that workspace. New inspections and
templates are created there. When you book a time, Eave still checks your
whole calendar, so jobs from both workspaces never overlap.
- Personal is your own account. Reports and emails carry your own business
name and logo, with your own defaults and pricing. Office staff can run
inspections of their own there, on their own plan.
- Move work into the organization. Open the ⋯ menu on a Personal
inspection or template and choose Move to your organization. The
organization owns it from then on, and its admins and inspectors can edit it.
Moving is one-way.
