The sample library now covers more of the jobs inspectors book beyond the
standard home inspection. Find them under Templates → Sample Library, or
pick one straight from the template list when you create an inspection.
- New Construction Phase. One section per phase: pre-pour foundation,
pre-drywall framing and rough-ins, and the final walkthrough. Duplicate it and
delete the phases you don't offer.
- 11-Month Builder Warranty. Findings are written as items to submit to the
builder before the one-year warranty runs out, not as purchase negotiation
points.
- 4-Point Insurance. Roof age and remaining life, panel brand and amperage,
wiring and piping types, and HVAC age. Some carriers require their own form,
so check with the client's agent first.
- Condo / Townhome Unit. Inspects the unit and the systems that serve it.
The roof, structure, and common areas are noted, not inspected.
- Manufactured Home. The HUD certification label and data plate, piers and
tie-downs, skirting and the bottom board, the marriage line, and crossover
ducts.
- Re-inspection. Check off repairs from the original report area by area,
with photos of the completed work and any contractor paperwork.
Every sample works like the others. Use it as-is, combine it with another
template on the same inspection, or duplicate it to edit your own copy.
