You send a client a link to their report. In their messages app, it shows up as a bare blue URL — no title, no image, nothing that says it came from you. It looks like exactly the kind of link people are told not to tap.
That's fixed. Every link Eave generates now unfurls into a branded card.
When you text, email, or message one of these links, it now renders with an Eave card, a title, and a line naming your business:
This works anywhere links unfurl: iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, and most email clients.
This is the part worth understanding.
Link previews aren't generated on your phone. When you paste a link into Messages, Apple's servers fetch that page and build the preview. Slack, Google, and Facebook all do the same thing. Whatever is in the preview has left our systems and been handed to a third party — and it's then visible to anyone who glances at the message thread.
So the preview names your business and nothing else. The property address and your client's name are never in it. They still appear in the browser tab once your client actually opens the link, where only they can see it.
Client links have always been unguessable, but they now also carry an explicit instruction telling Google and Bing not to index them — so a report link can't turn up in a search result even if it's posted somewhere public. Preview cards still work; only search indexing is blocked.
