The Eave iOS app is here

A native companion app for iOS — fill out inspections offline, jump between sections with search, and annotate photos right on your phone.

Eave's native iOS app is now live on the App Store. It's a companion to the web app — built for one thing: getting an inspection done in the field as fast as possible.

Works without signal

The biggest gap in filling out inspections from a phone browser was connectivity — lose signal in a basement or on a rural property and you were stuck waiting. The iOS app keeps working offline. Your answers save locally as you go and sync automatically the moment you're back in range.

Jump to any section

A new section navigator lists every section and subsection with a completion count, so you can see what's left without scrolling through the whole inspection. Search by name to jump straight there.

Annotate photos

Attach a photo to any field, then draw directly on it — circle a crack, point an arrow at a fixture, add a text label — before it lands in the report.

Template building and editing remain a web-only task for now — the app focuses entirely on filling out inspections in the field.
