You don't have to retype your pre-inspection agreement to use it in Eave anymore. There's a new Import from PDF button on the Agreements page.
Upload the agreement you already use — a PDF, TXT, or HTML file — and Eave reads the text out of it and hands you back an editable template. Along the way it drops the running headers, footers, and page numbers that repeat on every page, rejoins words that were split across a line break, and works out which lines are section headings and which are bullet lists.
Most agreements already have spots where the client's name or the fee goes, whether that's a placeholder from your old software or a line of underscores. Eave recognizes both:

There's no AI here — the conversion is mechanical, which makes it fast and free, but it is still a best guess at the structure of a document that never recorded one. A PDF only records where each letter sits on the page.
So the import opens in the editor rather than saving straight to your list, with a banner listing what changed and what couldn't be matched. Nothing is saved until you click Save. Skim the whole agreement first, check that every merge field landed where it belongs, and delete your old signature block — Eave collects the client's signature itself.
And as always: have your attorney review any agreement before you use it with clients.
