Control what shows up on your report

Toggle which business-profile fields appear on your reports — including two new ones, years in business and total inspections — by default and per inspection.

Your report card has always shown your business address, licenses, certifications, signature, phone, website, and email — with no way to leave one off. Now every one of those fields has a Show on report toggle right next to it in Settings.

Two new fields, off until you turn them on

Years in business and total inspections can now appear on your report too, pulled from the same numbers you already track in Settings › Business Information. Neither has ever shown on a report before, so both start off until you flip them on.

Override it for one job

Most of the time your account default is what you want. When it isn't, open an inspection, go to its Details tab, and expand Report Visibility to override any field just for that report — hide your phone number from one particular client, for instance, without changing what shows on every other report you send.

Like the rest of a report's content, these overrides lock once the report is published and marked auditable.
