Templates and your request form can now ask for a name, email, phone, or address, and link answers straight to the inspection and your fee calculator.
Templates and your public request form can now ask for contact details,
not just observations.
Four new field types. Name (one box, or separate first and last), email,
phone, and address. Emails and phone numbers are checked the same way they
are when you create an inspection, so a typo is caught before it's sent.
Linked fields. Link a field to the inspection's property address,
its client, its buyer's agent, or a fee calculator quantity. In
an inspection, a linked field shows the inspection's own value, and editing
it updates the Details tab. Nothing is stored twice.
Pricing questions on your request form. Use Quick add → Pricing
questions to ask for square footage, year built, and anything else your
fee schedule charges by. When a request comes in, its draft is already priced
with your rates. You can still adjust the fee when you complete the draft,
and the visitor never sees a price.
Agent details on your request form.Quick add → Buyer's agent
contact asks for the agent's name, email, and phone, and fills them in on
the draft.
