Rating, Yes/No, and single-select fields render as a row of cards — great for picking an answer, but there was previously no way to undo one once picked other than choosing a different (also wrong) option.
These three field types now show a small Clear button once you've answered them. Tap it to return the field to blank, no confirmation needed — answer it again any time.
It's not always obvious that a field left blank simply disappears from the client-facing report rather than showing up empty. Every subsection now has a short note explaining this.
