Your old reports now have a home in Eave. Open Past Reports in the sidebar
and drag in your reports from Spectora, HomeGauge, or any other software.
- Your files stay exactly as they were. Open or download the original any
time.
- The details are filled in for you. We read the first page or two of each
report to find the property address, clients, buyer's agent, and inspection
date. Anything we weren't sure about is marked Needs review so you can
check it.
- Search everything. Find a report by street, client, agent, or any words
on its first pages.
- Reconnect with past clients. Email the clients of your past reports a
link to their report and a message about your switch, written your way.
Each client gets one email, replies come to you, and they can unsubscribe
with one click.
- Duplicates are skipped. Importing the same file twice does nothing, so
it's safe to drop a whole folder in again.
