Draft your report summary with AI

A Generate with AI button on the summary page writes your Final Comments from the findings and answers already in the inspection, and the summary page is now a single prose field instead of three.

The summary is the first thing your client reads, and it's asked for at the point in the job where you least want to write three blocks of prose from scratch — after you've already recorded every finding.

Generate with AI

The Final Comments field now has a Generate with AI button. It reads the findings and answers already in the inspection and drafts a summary in your voice: overall condition first, then the most serious findings, then routine maintenance items.

It's a draft, not a submission. The text lands in the editor exactly like something you typed, so you can rewrite any part of it before publishing — and you should read it through before you do. It will only ever mention findings that are actually in the inspection.

If you've already written something in Final Comments, Eave asks before replacing it.

One field instead of three

Suggested Improvements and Positive Attributes have been removed. Everything now goes in Final Comments, which is where most of it was ending up anyway. Overall Property Condition, inspection duration, and photos are unchanged.

Existing reports keep the Final Comments they already had.
